Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ReelPilot website at reelpilotapp.com and the ReelPilot service (the "Service") provided by ReelPilot ("ReelPilot", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

ReelPilot is a software service that helps users generate faceless short-form videos using AI (script writing, voice synthesis, image generation, captioning, rendering) and, at the user's option, publishes generated videos to connected third-party platforms such as YouTube on the user's behalf.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service.

3. Credits & billing

The Service is priced per generated video and per premium action (for example AI-generated background music). Credits are consumed as videos and premium actions are generated. Unused credits from a paid month are non-refundable once spent on a successful generation.

Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from the billing page; unused full months may be refunded on request — contact support@vankasltd.com.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to create or publish content that:

  • Is illegal, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or violent.
  • Sexualizes minors or contains non-consensual sexual content.
  • Infringes anyone's intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights.
  • Impersonates individuals or misleads viewers in a harmful way.
  • Violates the rules of any platform you connect (including YouTube).

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. Content ownership

You own the videos generated for your account, subject to the licenses required by upstream models and stock providers (which permit commercial use of generated output). ReelPilot claims no ownership of your generated videos.

You grant ReelPilot a limited license to store, process and transmit your content solely to operate the Service (for example, to render and publish videos).

6. Third-party platforms & YouTube

When you connect a YouTube channel, you authorize ReelPilot to upload videos on your behalf using the Google OAuth token you provide. You remain responsible for your channel and for compliance with the YouTube Terms of Service and community guidelines. You can revoke ReelPilot's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

7. AI-generated output

Generated scripts, images, voiceovers and videos may contain inaccuracies or artifacts. You are responsible for reviewing content before or after publication and for ensuring it complies with applicable law and platform rules. ReelPilot provides tools; it does not guarantee views, revenue, or channel growth.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReelPilot and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid to ReelPilot for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or where required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (ownership, disclaimers, liability limits) will survive.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material we will notify you in the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
