• Account data: email address, name (optional), authentication identifiers, and password hash (or Google OAuth identifier when you sign in with Google).
• Service content: series configuration, prompts, generated scripts, generated audio, images, rendered videos, and metadata such as scheduled and published times.
• Connected accounts: when you connect a YouTube channel we store Google OAuth tokens (access and refresh), the channel identifier, channel name and avatar. These are used solely to upload videos on your behalf.
• Payment data: processed by our third-party payment provider. We receive billing status and receipts but do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Usage & technical data: IP address, browser/user-agent, pages accessed, timestamps, and diagnostic logs for reliability and abuse prevention.

• Provide, operate and maintain the Service (create accounts, generate and publish videos).
• Process payments and manage credit balances.
• Communicate with you about your account, security, and product changes.
• Prevent fraud, abuse and violations of our Terms.
• Improve reliability and product quality (aggregate analytics only).

ReelPilot's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

When you connect a YouTube channel, we request only the scopes required to upload videos on your behalf. Google OAuth tokens are stored encrypted at rest and are used exclusively to (a) upload videos you have scheduled through ReelPilot and (b) read your channel identity to display it in the app. We do not use, transfer, or share Google user data for advertising or resale.

You can revoke ReelPilot's access to your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Use of YouTube is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

Rendered videos and their intermediate assets (audio, scene images, captions) are stored in our private object storage. Once a video has been published to your connected platform, source assets and the rendered file are automatically deleted from ReelPilot within approximately 24 hours. Video metadata (title, description, schedule history) is retained so you can review your history in the dashboard.

Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business needs (e.g. accounting records).

We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and session management. We may use privacy-friendly analytics to understand aggregate product usage. We do not sell your personal information.

We share data with service providers strictly to operate the Service — hosting, payment processing, AI text/image/audio generation, and video rendering. These providers process data on our instructions under contractual data-protection obligations. We do not sell personal information.

We apply industry-standard measures including encryption in transit (HTTPS), server- side encryption at rest, least-privilege access and row-level access controls in our database. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we work to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or to object to certain processing. Contact support@vankasltd.com and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
